CLFRA, short for Corporate Law & Financial Regulation Association, is dedicated to educating USC students about the fields of law and business through an immersive approach. As the only undergraduate student organization under the USC Gould School of Law, it ensures an authentic and rewarding approach to the fields of law and business.
Origin & Our Vision
The Corporate Law & Financial Regulation Association was founded by Connor Divelbiss in 2018 to expose students to the fields of corporate law through interactive panels and projects while simultaneously improving on their technical skills. From organizing guest panel discussions with corporate lawyers to having hands-on legal writing activities that expose members to international and corporate law, CLFRA aims to to engage all forward-thinking USC students and progress through challenging and rewarding career-focused projects. In upcoming semesters, CLFRA plans to expand its services to engage with real clients, helping them with trade secret and bankruptcy cases, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
